5-22-2006 - Phoenix - Last weekend the Grand Am Cup series held round four at Phoenix International Raceway. As usual, I was driving the Macallen Building Momo Porsche for Fast Metal Motorsports.  
5-12-2006 - Laguna Seca - Last weekend we traveled to Laguna Seca for round three of the Grand Am Cup series. As I will be all season, I drove the Macallen Building MoMo Porsche 997 for Fast Metal Motorsports.  
4-27-2006 - VIR - Round two of the 2006 Grand Am Cup series finally arrived last weekend in the form of the VIR 200. There had been a three month break in the season since the opening round at Daytona International Speedway.  
2-3-2006 - Daytona [Grand Am Cup] - Last weekend was the start of the 2006 Grand American Road Racing Association season, which kicks off each year with the 24 Hours of Daytona.  
10-13-2005 - VIR Grand Am Cup - This past weekend was the season finale for the 2005 Grand Am Cup series, which was held at Virginia International Raceway.  
8-31-2005 - Mid Ohio (Grand Am Cup) - Last weekend I traveled to Mid-Ohio to compete with Turner Motorsports in the Grand Am Cup event. I drove a BMW 330 in the Sport Touring class with my old friend Steve Pfeffer.  
8-2-2005 - Barber Motorsports Park - This past weekend we traveled to Birmingham, Alabama for round eight of the Grand American Road Racing Association series.  
7-8-2005 - Brumos 250 at Daytona - The event was held on Thursday because we were the support race for the Nextel Cup race the following weekend.  
6-19-2005 - Watkins Glen Sahlen's Six Hours - This past weekend was the Sahlens Six Hours of The Glen. I drove the #38 TPC Racing Porsche GT3 Cup car, as I have at each Rolex event this season.  
5-23-2005 - Mont Tremblant Six Hours [Grand American] - Last Saturday was the Six Hours of Mt. Tremblant. It was also round five of the Grand American Road Racing Association season.  
5-7-2005 - Laguna Seca [Grand Am Rolex] - This past weekend was round four of the Grand American Rolex Series. I drove the #38 TPC Racing Porsche GT3 Cup car in the GT class with my co-driver Manuel Matos.  
4-7-2005 - California [Grand Am Rolex] - Last Sunday the Grand American Road Racing Association held round three of their championship at California Speedway in Fontana, California.  
3-9-2005 - Homestead [Grand Am Rolex] - Last weekend the Grand American Road Racing Association traveled to south Florida for round two of the fourteen race championship.  
2-14-2005 - Rolex 24 Hours At Daytona - Last weekend the Grand American Road Racing Association kicked off its 2005 season with the 24 Hours of Daytona.  
8-16-2004 - Watkins Glen [Grand American] - This past weekend was round eight of the Grand American Road Racing Association championship. As usual, I drove the #44 Orbit Racing Porsche GT3RS with Jay and Joe Policastro.  
8-11-2004 - Mid Ohio [Grand American - Grand Am Cup] - I was really looking forward to the Mid-Ohio round of the Grand Am season, not only because its a great track, but also because I would be driving two great cars at the event.  
7-4-2004 - Paul Revere 250 [Grand American] - This week was round six of the Grand American Rolex Sports Car series. We went to Daytona International Speedway for the Paul Revere 250. As usual, I was driving for Orbit Racing in a Porsche GT3RS in the GT class.  
6-27-2004 - Watkins Glen Six Hours (Grand American) - Last Sunday at Watkins Glen the Grand American Road Racing Association held round five of the Rolex Sports Car Series.  
5-27-2004 - The Fitzgerald Chronicles - Mont Tremblant - This past weekend the Grand American Road Racing Association traveled to Mt Tremblant, Quebec for the Six Hours of Mt Tremblant.  
4-15-2004 - Phoenix [Grand American] - This past weekend was the Food City 250 at Phoenix International Raceway. I teamed up with Jay Policastro and Joe Policastro to drive a Porsche GT3RS for Orbit Racing in the GT class.  
3-24-2004 - Sebring 12 Hours [ALMS] - Last Saturday was the 52nd running of the Twelve Hours of Sebring.  
3-3-2004 - Homestead - Homestead, Florida for the Grand American Road Racing Associations Grand Prix of Miami  
2-4-2004 - Rolex 24 Hours At Daytona - This past weekend the off season finally came to an end with the 2004 running of the 24 Hours of Daytona  
11-4-2003 - Daytona Finale - [Grand Am] - This past weekend I was racing at Daytona International Raceway in the Grand Am Cup season finale.  
11-4-2003 - Puerto Rico - [World Challenge] - Immediately following the penultimate Road Atlanta round of the Speed World Challenge season, all the teams loaded up and headed down to Puerto Rico.  
10-22-2003 - Road Atlanta - [World Challenge] - Last weekend Speed World Challenge went back to Road Atlanta for round nine of the GT and Touring Car series. As usual, I drove the Coors Light 3R Racing Porsche in GT and the Team FBR/TransSport Lexus in Touring Car.  
9-10-2003 - Mazda Raceway - [World Challenge] - This past weekend was the American Le Mans Series race at Mazda Raceway (Laguna Seca) in Monterey, California. I drove in two of the support races: Speed World Challenge Touring Car and GT.  
8-26-2003 - Road America - [World Challenge] - Last weekend the Speed World Challenge Touring Car series made its way to Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin for round seven at picturesque Road America.  
8-13-2003 - Mid Ohio - [World Challenge] - For the third straight weekend Speed World Challenge cars were on track, this time at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.  
8-5-2003 - Road America - [World Challenge GT] - Last weekend the Speed World Challenge GT series traveled to Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.  
7-3-2003 - Road Atlanta [World Challenge] - Last weekend the Speed World Challenge series went to one of my favorite tracks: Road Atlanta. It was round four for the Touring Car series and round five for the GT series (we had a double GT weekend at Lime Rock).  
5-23-2003 - Mosport - [World Challenge] - This past weekend was the Victoria Day Weekend event at Mosport Park. There was a Trans-Am race along with the two World Challenge races in which I would be competing.  
5-12-2003 - Phoenix International Raceway - [Grand Am] - Last weekend was the Grand American Road Racing Association event at Phoenix International Raceway.  
4-18-2003 - Grand Am Cup at Homestead - Last weekend I traveled to Homestead, Florida for the Grand-Am Cup race. We were the headliner for the weekend, which gave us a lot of track time and a chance to get our new car dialed in.  
3-17-2003 - Sebring - [World Challenge and ALMS] - This past week I was in Sebring, Florida for the 51st running of the Twelve Hours of Sebring – North America’s longest running endurance race.  
2-5-2003 - Daytona 24 Hours - [Grand Am / Grand Am Cup] - For the fourth consecutive season, we are proud to have Mike Fitzgerald sharing his racing with our viewers in a special column called The Fitzgerald Chronicles.  
10-14-2002 - Petit Le Mans - [ALMS and World Challenge] - After competing in the Miami American Le Mans race last weekend I traveled straight to Atlanta for the fifth annual Petit Le Mans and round ten of the Speed World Challenge Touring Car race.  
10-10-2002 - Grand Prix of Americas at Miami - [ALMS] - Last weekend was the Grand Prix of the Americas held in Miami, Florida. It was an American Le Mans event and the venue was a street circuit through the middle of downtown Miami with Biscayne Bay as the backdrop.  
9-26-2002 - Mazda Raceway-[ALMS and World Challenge] - This past weekend the American Le Mans series visited Mazda Raceway in Monterey, California – formerly known as Laguna Seca. As usual, we were greeted by fantastic weather and one of the most exciting road courses in the country.  
8-20-2002 - Mosport [World Challenge] - Mosport is a great track because it has so many fast, challenging corners and, of course, the great Canadian race fans.  
8-7-2002 - Trois Rivieres - [World Challenge] - Last weekend was Le Grand Prix de Trois-Rivieres in Quebec, Canada. It was an American Le Mans event, which also included Toyota-Atlantic, Trans-Am and Speed World Challenge races.  
7-24-2002 - Washington DC - [ALMS and World Challenge] - Last weekend Washington, D.C. was the site for the Cadillac Grand Prix of Washington. The event included American Le Mans, Trans Am, Speed World Challenge and a few other events including a celebrity race.  
7-11-2002 - Road America - [ALMS and World Challenge] - Last weekend I competed in the ALMS Road America 500 as well as the fifth round of the Speed World Challenge Touring Car race. Road America is one of the most fun tracks to drive in North America and certainly one of the most beautiful.  
7-3-2002 - Mid Ohio - [ALMS and World Challenge] - Last weekend was the American Le Mans race at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. As usual, I was driving a Porsche GT3RS for J3 Racing in the GT class. I was also driving a Lexus IS300 for Team FBR/TransSport in the Speed World Challenge Touring Car race.  
6-26-2002 - Watkins Glen - [Grand Am Cup] - This past weekend I traveled to Watkins Glen, New York to race at one of the great tracks of North America - Watkins Glen International Raceway.  
6-2-2002 - Lime Rock Park - [World Challenge] - In the latest installment of the Fitzgerald Chronicles, Mike takes us through his Lime Rock Park weekend, that despite a ninth place finish, gave Mike and the Trans Sport Team FBR Lexus IS 300 effort hope for the coming year.  
5-23-2002 - Sears Point [ALMS] and Mosport [World Challenge] - Mike Fitzgerald had a very busy weekend, competing on both ends of the continent in two separate countries.  
3-28-2002 - California Speedway - [Grand Am and Grand Am Cup] - The Indy Racing League visited the California Speedway in Fontana this past week. Grand Am and Grand Am Cup were two of the support races for the event and I had rides in both of them.  
3-20-2002 - Sebring - [ALMS and World Challenge] - Last week kicked off ALMS and Speed World Challenge seasons for each series with the opening round at Sebring International Raceway. I raced a Lexus IS300 in the World Challenge Touring Car race on Friday and a Porsche GT3RS in the 12 Hours of Sebring.  
2-7-2002 - Rolex 24 Hours [Grand Am & Grand Am Cup] - After his first race of 2002, Mike Fitzgerald walks away excited about the remainder of the 2002 season.  
8-28-2001 - Mid Ohio - [ALMS] - Last weekend I raced at Mid-Ohio in the American Le Mans series event for Petersen Motorsports, the team I normally drive for in the Speedvision World Challenge GT series.  
7-26-2001 - Sears Point - [World Challenge] - Last weekend was the Grand Prix of Sonoma at Sears Point Raceway. As usual, I was racing in both of the Speedvision World Challenge events.  
6-27-2001 - Mosport – [Grand Am Cup] - Last weekend I was back at Mosport Park for the second time in the past thirty days. This time I was driving an Acura Integra GSR in the C2K class of Grand Am Cup (formerly known as Motorola Cup).  
6-19-2001 - Detroit Grand Prix - [World Challenge] - Coming into the weekend I was second in the point standings behind Audi driver Michael Galati, but I knew I had a big challenge ahead of me because I was driving a 1997 Porsche RSR in the event.  
6-12-2001 - Mid Ohio - [Grand Am Cup] - Mid-Ohio is one of my favorite road courses and it seems like I always have good luck there. This weekend Mid-Ohio hosted the Grand Am Cup race. I was once again driving for Planet Earth Motorsports in an Acura Integra GSR in the C2K class.  
5-30-2001 - Lime Rock - [World Challenge] - In the Touring Car races I drove a Real Time Acura Integra R and in GT I drove the Transport Wheelsource Porsche GT3 Cup car, backed up once again by my one-man team, Paul Bauer of Franz Blam Racing.  
5-23-2001 - Mosport - [World Challenge] - It’s always fun to race at Mosport because it’s one of the most exciting and challenging race tracks in North America, and a recent repaving made it even faster than before.  
4-23-2001 - Phoenix International Raceway [Grand Am Cup] - Last week I drove in the Grand Am Cup race at Phoenix International Raceway with the Planet Earth Motorsports team. I drove the #43 Earth Day Acura Integra GSR in the C2K class.  
3-19-2001 - Sebring [World Challenge] - This past weekend I traveled to Sebring. Unfortunately, for the first time in several years I didn’t have a ride in the 12 Hour race, but I did have a busy schedule, which included both the GT and Touring Car categories of the World Challenge series.  
3-6-2001 - Texas Motor Speedway - [World Challenge] - This past weekend I raced at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth. As I'm planning to do for the remainder of the 2001 season, I ran in both of the Speedvision World Challenge races.  
2-7-2001 - Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona - [Grand Am & Grand Am Cup] - This past weekend I kicked off the 2001 season with the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona at Daytona International Speedway. I drove for the Petersen Motorsport/White Lightning race team based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.  
1-5-2001 - Adelaide - [ALMS] - Last week I traveled to Australia to compete in the American Le Mans Series Race of a Thousand Years. The race was held on the old Formula One street circuit in Adelaide. The Adelaide circuit was an unusually nice street course.  
12-13-2000 - Puerto Rico Three Hour Enduro - Last weekend my friend Dr. Matos, invited me to Puerto Rico to race his BMW M3 in the Three Hours of Puerto Rico. I brought my wife Jennifer and we stayed at a nice hotel on the beach in San Juan.  
11-7-2000 - San Diego – [World Challenge] - This weekend I went to San Diego for the San Diego Grand Prix. I ran both World Challenge Series (GT and Touring Car). The main event was the Trans Am race – I didn’t have a ride in that one.  
10-31-2000 - Las Vegas - [ALMS and World Challenge] - This past weekend, Mike Fitzgerald competed in the American Le Mans Series, and both classes in the Speedvision World Challenge Series. The weekend did not go quite as planned, but Fitzgerald still walked away with a lead in the Porsche Cup points.  
10-17-2000 - Laguna Seca – [ALMS and World Challenge] - This past weekend Mike Fitzgerald kept busy by driving three cars in three different series. Fitzgerald came home with his third straight Speedvision World Challenge GT win, and two fourth places.  
10-2-2000 - Petit Le Mans Weekend - At Rd Atlanta, Mike Fitzgerald accomplished something no one had ever done before, he won in both classes of World Challenge on the same weekend. He also competed in the Petit Le Mans with Roock Racing in GTS, and was the highest non factory finisher.  
9-19-2000 - Motorola Cup at Virginia International Raceway - This weekend was the season finale of the Motorola Cup, which was held at the beautifully revamped Virginia International Raceway. In terms of the facilities, VIR is one of the nicest road courses in North America.  
9-12-2000 - Rose City Grand Prix at Portland Intl Raceway - This week I traveled to Portland, for the ALMS Rose City Grand Prix. I drove a Porsche 911 Turbo for Roock Racing. We were racing in the GTS division against the ORECA Vipers, which until last weekend in Texas had won every ALMS race ever run.  
9-6-2000 - Texas Motor Speedway - A potentially awful weekend ended with an unexpected win for Michael Fitzgerald.  
8-30-2000 - Watkins Glen – Grand Am and Motorola Cup - This past weekend I traveled to Watkins Glen, New York for the Grand American Road Racing Association season finale, and round nine of the Motorola Cup.  
8-23-2000 - World Challenge At St. Croix. - This weekend we traveled to Quebec for round five of the Speedvision World Challenge Series. The event was held at the St. Croix Circuit located just outside of Quebec City. The track was a converted three quarter mile oval made into a road course.  
8-8-2000 - Mosport ALMS and Motorola Cup - Mike Fitzgerald and Michael Culver recorded their 4th second place finish in the eight Motorola Cup races of 2000. In the ALMS race, some unlucky tire guesses went the wrong way and cost Fitzgerald and Bob Nagel an opportunity for a strong finish.  
8-1-2000 - Player's Le Grand Prix de Trois-Rivieres - In the latest edition of The Fitzgerald Chronicles we follow Fitzgerald to Trois-Rivieres where Fitzgerald and teammate Darren Law clinched the Grand Am GTU Driver's Championship with a second place finish.
